The only bad thing--which I'm assuming doesn't happen all the time, it just so happened to be the time when I was there, was that we paid extra to get a proof of what our wedding invitation looked like. I had several e-mailing problems with them and we played phone tag back and forth. Apparently, their internet went down. I was supposed to have my proof on a Saturday, but I believe by the time they fixed whatever was wrong, I got it a week later than what I was told. It wasn't a HUGE deal, just kind of frustrating.Also, when I ordered the invitations, we had paid extra for the "fastick" which means the envelopes were already sticky, all you had to do was remove the plastic and seal them instead of licking all the envelopes. Well, they handwrite all the wording and what specifically you want ordered and the lady who wrote our order, forgot to mention we wanted the "fastick" envelopes. So, when we got them, we had to lick all of them. Luckily, I caught it, and they did refund me the extra money, but it was an inconvenience.I probably wont go there again in the future for other big events!

The shop was nice, the product (not Tina’s but Carson crafts) was nice. I mean its simple, she has preprinted books from another company, you tell her what you want and she sends the order to Carson Crafts , and they print. She is nothing more than a 3rd party who calls the printer. Which in our case we constantly had to remind her to do. Don’t get me wrong, she was very nice (just a tad ditsy), until you tell her you aren’t happy that its taken 6 weeks for what was promised in 2. People have bad days...I get that. People make mistakes...I get that too. So I'm just laying it out there. We went through 4 proofs before it was made right! 4! FOUR! QUATRO!!! All we did was change the font color! (Which she called Carson Crafts, the printers, to see if we were allowed to change it. She did that when we were there and got the green light confirmation) We were told to call her, Tina, back the next day because she was too busy, and then we'd call back the next day and she was closed. We were told proofs would be ready on X day and then we had to call and constantly remind her to send them to us. It's like her brain was somewhere but at work. Any business owner who decides to tell you how their personal life is more important than the quality of service you are paying for, is not a good BUSINESS person at all. And that is what I experienced. I explained in detail to the owner/only employee/Tina, what happened and when it happened and what had been said to us and she said "You have no idea what I've been through"...blah blah. She continued to go on and justify why her services weren't up to par and that I should just understand. ALL she needed to do was say "my bad" basically.....she wouldn’t even offer an apology. She quoted us one price and then up-charged even more on the pickup date. Her hours which are posted online are 10-4. This is not true. So if you need to get a hold of her (Tina) her hours are more along the lines of this: Open MOST days about 10 or 11, occasionally as early as 10 but somedays as late as 12 or 1. We close about 3 or 4 sometimes at 2 or 3 but sometimes come in late around 66 or seven. Somedays or afternoons we arent here at all. She was just unresponsive and didn’t stick to a single word she told us. If you have nothing but time and patience and people who don’t stick to what they say...then this is for you. With the amount of money I spent on invitations, I expected a much better product. skip this store and make your own products on the internet. You will save yourself time, money, and hassle. Going to this store was a mistake I will never make again!

Heard what a great store this was, so I came to check out their kids birthday invites and wow what a great variety they had! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and so very helpful. Great customer service. The cutest announcements and invitations!
