I am becoming increasingly annoyed with the fact that they continuously are changing the monitor on my sons bus. Don't they understand how hard change is for a special needs child. In addition the lack of training of the monitors is receive to work with special needs children is ridiculous . I will be filing a complaint with the district of Plainfield Schools Superintendant . My issues have not been geared with his driver only the monitors !

Learn how to spell first, I suggest you use that time on the bus to study and not complain. Septran has been transporting my child for 2 years and they are wonderful. Very caring company, and the drivers are very professional and considerate.
