I purchased tobacco weekly from this store. My last purchase was a 1lb. bags of cigarette rolling tobacco. When I opened it and rolled some cigarettes, I noticed it was extremely dry. When I tried to smoke it, it was so stale it made me sick. There was a coupon inside that had expired 3 months earlier. So I went to exchange it. The owner was there. He was there the day I purchased it with my husband, whom also frequents this store. I explained that it was extremely dry and stale, could I exchange it? He said NO" You can have your money back, but no exchange." He said that everything is old, that is all he buys is expired items. And proceeded to show me cases of items he just received today. Showing me the expiration dates on the cases. Some as far back as 2001 (this is Feb. 2006). He said that people who bring things back costs him money, if he lets me buy another bag and it is not good, I cost him more money! I was told "NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN!"
