As a first time customer, I had underestimated the distance in driving south to Plainfield from Brooklyn a few days ago and didn't arrive here until two minutes after close. The staff was already walking out the door but, after explaining my need, they graciously let me back in, flipped on the lights and helped me with my purchase. My pets are very thankful not to have gone hungry that night! Besides, hardly anywhere around has a selection that suits us like I saw at this place. I will definitely be back. Thanks!
