Established in 1980, Carter Kelly is a full-service general contractor that has worked on with various commercial and institutional projects throughout Northern California. It provides construction services for projects that include office buildings, schools, medical facilities, fire stations, libraries and warehouses. It offers various services, such as estimating, value engineering and life cycle analysis, budget development, scheduling, phasing and project management. It provides design-build services to its clients with single-source support, from preliminary project planning to construction to ongoing building maintenance. It has completed various projects, including Marshall Medical Arts, Western Sierra Bank, Indian Creek Elementary School and metal storage building for the McClone Construction Company.
