Your Guest Room Your room is nicely decorated and includes a bedside stand for your belongings, a bathroom, a television and a white board, which summarizes your daily plan of care and provides your doctor and nurse’s names. Private rooms may be available. Your Bed With a staff of skilled professionals, our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay with us. The electronically controlled bed enables you to raise or lower your head and/or feet for individual comfort. Room Temperature Each room in the hospital is centrally heated and air-conditioned. If your room temperature is not comfortable, please let us know right away. We can also bring you warming blankets. Newspaper Service A complimentary copy of The Orange County Register newspaper will be delivered to your room daily during your stay with us. Mail Mail is delivered to each unit Monday through Friday. Mail arriving after a guest has been discharged will be forwarded to their home address. Chaplain Services A non-denominational Chaplain is available to visit you during your stay. If you wish, the Chaplain can arrange for a minister, priest, rabbi or spiritual counselor of your choice to visit with you. Your nurse will contact the Chaplain for you. For your comfort, a meditation room is located off the main hallway of the hospital.
