I dealt with Ray; the owner. He was as congenial and helpful a fellow as a customer could want. He sent my parts promptly and his telephone manners and expertise are superior. Though I reside across the country in Manchester Vt., I will call Ray the next time that I require a part for my Jeep Wrangler.
