Hartwell has two subsidiaries, Hasco and Southco. Hasco markets the latches and hinges manufactured by its parent company to distributors throughout the United States; Southco manufactures metal pins that are key components of Hartwell s latches and hinges. The company holds headquarters in Pacentia, Calif. and was founded in 1939.
