Terrible, lazy people work at this place. My packages are now a week late and I'm seriously wondering if I'll ever get them. They keep telling me my packages are out for delivery. They have me wait all day. Then at 5 PM, they tell me the package can't be delivered due to bad weather. The roads have been clear for days now. My neighbor got her FedEx delivery today.

In the past month, I have had 3 packages delivered with UPS through Pittston,PA. The first two both said that they were out for delivery and then brought back to the UPS center at least once before actually arriving which set me back at least one day each time. The package that I am now waiting on, should have been delivered by today at the latest and according to the tracking was sent for delivery yesterday-brought back to center, then again today and brought back to center. It is now saying that it needed customer signature (which it does not- we frequently purchase this item from the same place and have never needed to sign for it). We did however receive a package for someone else at a different address on our porch today... We believe that they got back to the center, and realized that they made a mistake, and instead of recording their own error, blamed it on needing a signature so that it would not be their fault. I am VERY disappointed with their service.

I called to contact someone at the local facility. I was not able to reach that Customer Center; however, I did reach someone who was able to send my message to the Pittson UPS Center. The service was great!
