Owner and son came to the house, and within 2 minutes the father used the F word. He did not have to trouble shot any issues as I instructed them where the block was and already removed the main trap cap. They even utilized some of my tools for the job. They were there 20 minutes and was overcharged for the work done. To make matters worse, they left and did not clean anything up. I would advise you to NOT utilize their services.

I had a major blockage in my main bathroom. Initially it started in the shower, then the toilet and finally the bathroom sink. I got a call back within 15 minutes from George. He arrived very promptly. Upon checking , he knew immediately where the problem originated & took care of the blockage in minimal time. George's expertise , professionalism and personality made this experience so pleasant for me. Compare to other major drain cleaning companies, EZ Flow is very reasonable in their fees and so professional!! I am writing this review as a courtesy to anyone having a drainage problem, not to waste money paying major companies for the same service you'll get and much better from George; EZ Flow.

IF you want a company to take advantage of a senior citizen on limited income...call this company! Sewer drain backed up in a basement sink on a Sunday and a man came from this company which was recommended by the boro, was there 10 minutes and charged $225. He said is was his "Sunday" rate, when I wanted to pay him with a credit card, he said "they don't take them on Sunday". Do they know it is a federal offense to take advantage of a senior citizen!! Beware of this company.
