- Oral Cancer ScreeningThe best defense against cavities is great oral care. Our team teaches patients of all ages the most effective ways to keep smiles clean. Regular visits, on a schedule determined by Dr. Matt, are an essential part of your dental health plan. At these visits, we provide professional cleaning, digital x-rays (if needed), oral cancer screening, and a full examination by the dentist.
- Teeth Cleaning
- Dental SealantsDr. Matt recommends dental sealants for children between ages 5-14. The sealants are applied to the surfaces of molars to prevent bacteria, plaque, and ultimately decay, from forming in these hard-to-clean areas. Sealants have been shown to prevent 80% of cavities for up to two years after application.
- Fillings
- Veneers“Ever since I was a child, I was embarrassed by my smile. The best thing I’ve ever done for myself is to have veneers done at Village Smiles. Your first impression is your smile – I love mine now.”
- CrownsCrowns, or caps, are used to cover a tooth or dental implant to provide structure and support. A crown appears and functions like a natural tooth, blending beautifully into your smile.
- Bridges
- Dental Bonding
- Restorative DentistryRestorative dentistry includes the procedures used to fix damaged or missing teeth. We use state-of-the-art techniques and dental equipment to restore the health of your teeth. This includes tooth-colored fillings, dental implants, dentures, bridges, and crowns.
- Root Canal TreatmentDeep cavities that extend into the nerve of the tooth, a cracked tooth, or oral infection may require root canal therapy. With a root canal, we are able to save as much of the natural tooth structure as possible while relieving the pain you are experiencing.
- DenturesDentures are removable replacements for teeth. They may replace a few (partial) or all of the teeth in the mouth. We custom fit each denture to the patient and their specific needs. Dentures must be removed for cleaning.
- Dental ImplantsCrowns are artificial teeth that cover implants or broken teeth. They look and function exactly like your teeth!
