Aware Bear Computers is located between my home and my work. It made very easy for me to drop off my computer there and have it serviced. I liked the fact that these guys will run a hardware diagnosis in order to see what is wrong with the PC. For $19 is a heck of a good deal. They found out I needed a new hard drive installed, once the work was approved I got my PC back in 3 days. They also backed up my files that made it super easy once I reloaded all my original software back in the computer. I recommend them to anyone looking for a small and friendly computer shop.

Small store in the Village of Pittsford. Aware Bear Computers did a great job fixing my daughter's laptop. She recommended them to me and I was pleased as well
