This is the WORST business that I have ever dealt with! After waiting 2 months for a simple sole replacement (which was supposed to take 2 weeks) my sandals are finally done...AND TOTALLY RUINED! The job was so bad that they are not even wearable now. And...not only am I out the $30.00 that he charged me, but also what I paid for the sandals originally. He refused to give me back my $30.00 AND was totally disrespectful to me. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT ONE STAR IS BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST MY REVIEW WITHOUT CHECKING ONE! RATING... A BIG "0" !!!

As big as Texas is, no one could fix our LV purses.Sent 2 purses all the way from laredo texas to have them fixed! Excellent repair and service. They can do all sorts of work, from zippers to soles. Don't give up on your old items, shoe medic can fix them!
