This is very nice, well-maintained multi-dwelling, handicapped accessible apartment building. To my understanding it's for seniors only. My father lived there for a number of years and was very happy. The place is immaculate, the apartments are in great condition and there are plenty of opportunities for seniors to socialize. I recommend it highly.
