BerkshireWorks Career Center, based in Pittsfield, Mass., is a partnership between Berkshire Training & Employment Program and the Massachusetts Division of Career Services. It provides access to a comprehensive system of employment-focused programs and services for businesses, job seekers, workers and employers. The center offers job search assistance, direct referrals, training, counseling and career development resources to promote career advancement and new employment opportunities. It also has an unemployment insurance representative for walk-in claims on a first come, first serve basis. BerkshireWorks provides job matching, job postings and a range of services that complement recruiting efforts by connecting qualified applicants with job openings.
