Worst experience with an unprofessional contractor! Been waiting a month for him to fix and finish his job, next step is going to court, always an excuse with this guy. Calling bbb as well
We needed an emergent home repair when our back patio roof separated from the house. The entire structure was literally hanging by a wire, and it caused a short so we lost power to our living room, bathroom, and most of the kitchen.
I called Zach's contracting at about 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon. After I'd explained what had happened, Brian (the owner of the company) came to the house within an hour to assess the situation and provide an estimate.
They were able to come the next morning at about 7:30am, and they finished the work by early afternoon. We were relieved to have such a safety hazard removed so promptly, and to have power restored to our home. They were very thorough in cleaning up and removing all the debris.
We didn't get other estimates for this service, but we were more than satisfied with the cost! It was very reasonable, considering that it was an emergent repair and they started the job at 7:30 on a Saturday morning.
