      I have consistently received good cuts of meat on time and it was all reasonably priced. The staff was pleasant and helpful I will shop there again.

It offers a selection of products, consisting of strip loins; rib eyes end to end, rib eyes center cut, short loins, t-bones, porterhouse, filets end to end and filets center cut, to name a few. Additionally, the United States Department of Agriculture (U.S.D.A.) inspected and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HAACP) approved company offers butt steaks and beef stew meat, steak salad meat and royal rounds. Weiss Brother's Inc.'s clientele includes restaurants, institutions, prisons, retail stores and caterers. The firm is a Winner of the 2006 Allegheny County Health Department Award for Excellence in Food Protection.
