**Please Read This Before You Buy***I recently bought a BD set from VCF & have had major problems & extremely poor service. The CC that you have to have to make a purchase doesn't answer any questions & sends you back to the store & trying to get help there is a nightmare. They set my delivery & I took off work & 3 days before they called & cancelled & said that they didn't know when the furniture would come, but they would be in touch! When I called to complain why I was paying when I didn't know when I would get my furniture, they said that they would "credit" my card for all but the delivery fee (about $200) until my furniture was delivered. I asked specifically if this would have a fee or increase my cost & they said no. But then when they delivered my furniture it was scatched, the delivery men left without telling me they were going or about the damage & then when I was recharged for the furniture - I was charged more! Do yourself a favor - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VCF!!!
