The physicians are wonderful - but the office staff is awful. I was punished, and the one nurse told me I was being punished by being made to sit in the office 45 mins past my appt time. There was not enough parking in their lot and I had to hoff it more than a block away, carrying a 50 lb child who ended up having the swine flu. So I was punished for being 5mins late for my appt. The office staff is rude on the phones, nasty when you need a doctors note - you couldn't pay me to stay with practice - I moved my three children to another practice.
