Dr. Stypula earned his Laser Periodontal Therapy license from the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry, and is an active member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon 1983 Kappa kappa chapter;American Academy of Periodontology member since 1999;United States Army - Lieutenant Colonel active reservist;American Dental Association;Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania;and Temple Oral Surgery Honorary Society 1983.
