That the doctors are wonderful but I can no longer remain a patient due to the extremely rude, inconsiderate and condescending office staff. They are truly the worse I have ever experienced. The doctors need to dump them asap because they are losing patients.

I went back for my 4th appt today with Dr. Clement. Its clear she has no idea what to do with my eyes. Its very frustrating. Its hard to believe when I call to schedule an appointment they only have one or two openings a week.

Total inconsideration of the patient's time and schedule. I have to believe that the doctors do not know what is going on out front. The office manager, Mary Ann, is very rude and mean. If the doctors get backed up, THEY CANCEL YOUR APPT EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM! If you question or complain how they can do that, Mary Ann tells you that they have every right not to see patients if they don't want to! I liked the doctor, but I switched.
