This hotel was bad. We were there for a 3 day event. We had about 80 guests in the hotel plus a large event was held in the hotel. The evening before checking out, when getting ready for the event, the hotel had plumbing problems with sewage backing up into some rooms. Nothing was done for the guests other than attempts to correct the conditon. Additionally when having breakfast the following morning there was insufficient staff to handle to number of people and waits for insignificant items like coffee were rediculous. Parking was also an issue as electronic ticekt machines were employed that did not always function and the cost of parking was also extrodinary over the cost of the room.needless to say, i am unimpressed with this hotel. The staff, while friendly was not overly helpful.

The Sheraton, Station Square is a beautiful, well kept hotel! The staff was very friendly and accomodating while I was booking a room for my daughter and her husband for their wedding night. They said that the room was wonderful and that the staff was very nice. A bottle of champagne and some chocolate covered strawberries were left in their room as a treat for them, which was very considerate!!
