Established in 1956, Burns & Scalo Roofing has installed premier roofing systems for nearly five decades. Its services include commercial and residential roofing, sheet metal, waterproofing, roofing repairs and preventative roof maintenance programs. The company has won numerous awards for its work, including the RSI Roofing Contractor of the Year, the SPRI Contractor Achievement Award and the Pittsburgh Historic Preservation Award. Burns & Scalo employs more than 200 people in three locations in Pittsburgh, Youngstown, Ohio, and Raleigh, N.C. Its service area includes the entire Eastern United States. Burns & Scalo is affiliated with the National Roofing Contractors Association and the International Facility Management Association. The company s 65,000-square-foot Pittsburgh headquarters was built in 2003
