I would "never" recommend this company to anyone for the following reasons: Very poor customer service, indecisive about the cost of repairs, and the family owned business passes the ball to one another which is frustrating for all customers.

I am very disappointed with the experience I had with Santom Upholstery. Very poor quality of work. Invoices they give you are very confusing. So many additional charges, that bill gets almost twice higher then estimated. When you ask them to fix some defects they made, they come with the bunch of excuses and blame you for everything what is done wrong.
