I purchased 2 Palmetto chair and ottoman sets and it took forever for the staff to bring them to the door. I was also told to locate a lot boy to help me load them into my truck. I was told to park on the side of the building where loading is and there were no lot boys anywhere. The staff were not helpful. D Gentile Pittsburgh

Great way to get the same selection as other stores offer but saving money in the process. We really enjoy the helpful service and Sam's Club is often the first stop when we are buying household supplies and groceries. We love the cake services as well and their snack section makes catering parties easy.
