Rigid. Final review of all plans with this caterer 2 days before the wedding and on wedding day they had amnesia. They were more interested in catering to the people affiliated with the venue rather than we who were paying them. They even charged us and extra $200 for services we did not receive then the two men who run the business made up stories as to why they charged us. We wanted the doors to "Our Bar" opened. Sad experience. I have tried to get my $200 back. The woman with whom I had been working won't return calls or emails and the men just talk over me and don't even make sense. Two weeks later and now they want $250 for opening the door so people could get to the bar.
