i called to get some information on getting my wedding dress altered from a size 12 to about a size 6 and i was told that's not possible. I was willing to pay whatever it would have cost to get the dress of my dreams altered for my wedding in 2020. poor customer service and was not even willing to take a look or give me a quote.
