I'm not really very happy with this group. They bill you for a 2 year old charge that I cannot remeber whether is happened or not. They only advise the patient after they have taken the hearing aid from patient. Don't they understand that people who wear hearing aids don't hear very well when they don't have their hearing aids? We gave them the hearing aid at the inital visit. They held it for 3 weeks until we called &asked why it was not repaired. At that time they advised the spouse that does not wear hearing aids that we were supposed to pay before they would send the hearing aid for repair. I told them I would drop the check off in an hour But the nearby office was closed. So they told me to hold off sending the check until the following Monday when they would confirm the amount. Mailed it Tuesday after confirmation of amount(mail had gone for the day) Check cleared my bank following Monday (7/18) Today 8/18 They hav ethe nearve to say they did not ge the money!!

I went to Dr. Gregory for help with my hearing loss.

She was very knowledgeable and listened to my problems with my hearing aids.



When she put the new hearing aids on me I knew right away that they were so much better than anything I had ever had.



I love my hearing aids. I can hear people and they are comfortable.
