Mr. Rooter has engaged in false advertising, misrepresentation, breach of contract, shoddy workmanship, personal property damage, structural damage to the home and driveway, and has refused to make it right. It makes sense now because they sent employees with criminal records on file in PA's online database with guilty pleas to charges like theft, etc. into ours and the homes of other consumers. There is so much more to be found online, but I don't think it is safe for consumers to use Mr. Rooter with everything that I know and their refusal to accept responsibility, make resolution to the consumers they have wronged, and change their business practices to a model of integrity....

I am happy to say that Mr. Rooter has never let me down. I called them at 8:30AM and informed them that my toilet had a leak and asked whether someone might be able to come today, since I had the day off. They called back to confirm that Tom Plummer was on his way and should arrive within the hour. Well...he showed up in about an hour, as promised, explained what work needed to be done and the cost, completed the repair quickly and cleanly, explained the warranty, and then went on his way. Although I decided not to sign up for an annual service contract, they do offer one and he explained it to me. Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeble...doesn't get much better than that. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Tom Plummer was Great. He and his partner provided great service and analysis of my plumbing problem. It turned out to be a minor problem with the tub caulking. There was no made up extra costs when I surely thought it was a piping problem from my upsatirs bathroom tub since so much water was on my Kitchen floor. Tom and his patner was very honest and that is so important when it comes to plumbing problems and $$$$$.

Every home owners nightmare is having an emergency that is causing damage to your home. And to make matters worse are contractors who are only interested in making money off of your problems. My water heater went bad and was causing damage to my home with leaking water. Mr. Rooter sent a plumber out for me almost immediately and he stopped the water and replaced my water heater all within a couple of hours. I appreciate their professionalism and their promptness. I never would have imagined that someone would be able to completely make this repair that late on a saturday night. I will recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone I know they really shine above the others in my eyes.
