I have had many compliments about the shower that we had at Morning Glory and I feel that I have to pass the praise along. They made me look so good!

Had a lovely escape from reality earlier this month at the Morning Glory. It was such a delight to be back where we had our wedding reception 5 years ago.

The Inn and the part of Pittsburgh where it is located have a lot of character and vibrance. Beautifully decorated outside and in, it was the perfect place for us to get away for night. My wife and I stayed in the Jackson room, which was plenty spacious and had a beautiful hardwood floor bathroom. The only slight negative was that there was no door between the bedroom and bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal. We loved relaxing on the chair swing on there porch, enjoying the complimentary port and coffee, and skimming through the politically provocative books laying all around. The bed was incredible, one of those memory foam mattresses, I think. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. I would highly recommend a visit.

This b&b is very comfortable and in a great old house. Breakfast was excellent and served in a pleasant breakfast room with a number of cozy tables for two. If you're looking for lots of interaction with the innkeepers, this isn't the place for you. We don't like staying where innkeepers hover so it suited us perfectly. The location was great, very close to Carson St. We'd go back.

Dave has done hundreds of weddings. He knows the place inside and out, he knows what's going to work. If you're a bridezilla, find somewhere else. This is a beautiful, well kept inn! We loved the reading selection, and breakfast was amazing! We stayed all evening. Not ideal for staying with babies. We had a blast all weekend!

I am in the can leaving Morning Glory and had to write a review. The estate is beautiful, quaint, and clean. Our stay was in their top room and it did not disappoint. Dave, the owner, was accommodating and kind, even woke up early to accommodate our early travel plans and cook us a great breakfast.

Thank you for the beautiful wedding atmosphere that you provided on Saturday. The room and garden area was beautiful! Nancy, you were so kind, gracious, and attentive. It made it go smoothly. Everyone that came to the wedding also enjoyed it. They had a great time and loved the atmosphere. It was such a pleasure to stay here. Have a great season and enjoy your teaching retirement.

A wonderful hideaway in Pittsburgh... Although it is located in the midst of a bustling South Side (where there is lots to do), it is in a very peaceful setting. We actually forgot where we were, it is so quiet and peaceful! We got married here 5 years ago and it was great to visit again. Will definitely be back!

We just wanted to take the time to tell you how happy we are that we chose Morning Glory for our wedding day & to express our gratitude to you once more. You both did such a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable and at ease, and did a great job at adding those special touches that made it all the more memorable for us & our guests. It was nice to be able to relax and enjoy our friends, family, each other and our special day without any worries. The intimacy that was created by having our wedding at the Morning Glory was so perfect for us, and fit us so well. Wanted to say thank you for all your assistance with our rehearsal BBQ celebration in june. All of our guests could not get over how beautiful the inn was! It is rule a pitts burgh hidden gem and everything looked perfect from the georgeous flowers everywhere down to the twinkle lights sparkling all around us as evening arrived. Your staff was amazing and took care of every detail as the night ran so smoothly. We were very impressed and grateful for the entire experience and will always hold the inn in a special part of our hearts. Thank you again for everything. Your establishment is one of a kind.

We've stayed the last two night in the attic room, the same room we had when we were married here five years ago this month. How special to relax and enjoy an anniversary celebration in such a beautiful old house. Special memories for us will continue to be made right here for us for as many years as the Morning Glory B&B lives.

We were treated as if we were your best and only guests ever, every need was anticipated. And we do not mind admitting, we enjoy being spoiled rotten!

They went above and beyond for our wedding party and made it so very special. Very romantic

The guy at the front desk is great. He is very nice and cares about making our stay the best.

I was especially pleased with the results. The flower selection was perfect picking up a touch of purple in each arrangement.
