To start the day of our wedding Moods Image had not shown up to capture video of the girls getting ready which was stated in the contract. When we had arrived at the location to get married, I found out from one of the bridesmaids that they were missing. To which point I called Moods Image and they had screwed up their schedule and thought we were cancelled. They then hurriedly showed up to capture what they could of the wedding, arriving only 5 minutes prior to the ceremony starting. So after missing the girls getting ready, they had agreed to compile photographs on the DVD for the girls getting ready which they have not done and refuse to do.

When I called them and finally reached someone, after having my calls dodged for a week, I was treated poorly and essentially told we were idiots. Following that statement I immediately asked for a refund and was promptly hung up on repeatedly, they will not talk to me.

Great studio to work with and the creativity, ..the best wedding images I have ever seen and I would recommend this studio to anyone that wants a quality job done, and it was fun to have them at our and John the team that we had, our guests and family loved them.
