I felt like the whole process was made very easy for me. I typically hate the idea of going in to get a new car, but this experience helped me to think otherwise. I am very happy with my new Mini!
went to the MINI dealer as a result of a car accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I was in a rush to get a new car, so my options were limited. Joy Hoffman, my salesperson, helped me go through all options of models, colors, new vs. used to help me come to a good decision. I decided on a car that was within the region, but not at the Pittsburgh site. This was something that MINI of Pittsburgh was very helpful with, because I did not have access to this system online myself. I received my car within the ten day estimate period. The process was very simple.
No hassling, no hard selling, and a pleasant wealth of knowledge about Minis.

Overall, my experience has been positive
was taken care of as soon as I walked in. She checked in my leased mini for its yearly service and gave me a loaner vehicle that I liked as much as my lease. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and my car was clean and ready by lunchtime.
I was able to complete the entire transaction on over the phone and Joy was very outstanding at completing this task. Jason also didn't excellent job a few weeks back when I came out for a test drive and he should also be commended for his excellent service

I took my one year old Mini Cooper S for yearly service and inspection. The staff was efficient, friendly and communicative. The service was performed while I was at work and I picked it up afterwards with no issues. I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism at Mini of Pgh.
Dan and other staff were very helpful and I feel confident that the work I had done on my mini was done by well trained mechanics.
Could have done more in preparation for picking up the vehicle. Credit check could have been completed before picking up the car. Also there was confusion in your system about how much I had put down (put down $2500, you had only $500). Had to pick this up on my own. Jason was very complete and thorough going over the car.
Our experience with dan in the service department is always great.
I love my new car. Mike Brown, GM, was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process, Jason Karpa was a fantastic salesperson, and doing business with Mitch Skeen, business manager, was a pleasure. Chris Lasko, however, lacked professionalism, transparency, and general customer service skills. I found his words and mannerisms to be condescending, dishonest, careless, and insulting.
