This company has been around so long and has a great reputation, so this is who we went with. Kind people and quick to respond. They answered all my questions, and treated us with respect. So happy we went with Lins!

Absolutely the worst company I can imagine. I have an in home elevator, due to elderly, infirm parents. The elevator has a wooden traditional door, this door can only be open ed if the car is at the correct floor. The elevator car itself, has a motorized safety louvered door which opens and shuts automatically via a motor. When the car arrives on the appropriate floor, the louvered door opens, the locking safety mechanism unlocks allowing the wooden door to be opened. Technician came to my house and caused the elevator to not function by turning the power louvered door off. This power button can only be accessed by opening the access door to an open elevator shaft and reaching down the open shaft to the roof of the elevator car. When I called the company, they refused to come investigate. After 5 days of repeated phone calls, I was insulted and told how to use a doorknob and traditional door. I had to call another service to come and fix the problem caused by Lins. Shameful.

Top notch company! Extremely helpful and personable. Three elevators in our building. Two VERY old and one brand new. Lins can do it all. Shoped around at first and Lins was the least expensive. A+ in our book.
