      General Info

      Communication should be the driving force that enhances not only organizational relationships, but personal ones as well. We offer support and training in Anger Management and Strategic Intervention. We are not therapists, however, we help the individual make positive decisions utilizing learned tools and skills with communication that work! Anger Management classes will teach the participants effective communication and listening skills, stress management, empathy, judgement control, skills in positive self-talk and forgiveness. By doing the work with a life coach like Lisa, you will work to gain individual empowerment, be more authentic with self, while increasing the ability to communicate effectively what your needs are, as well as meet the needs of others.

      Lisa coached me after the fall out from a divorce. I normally work through my own problems but this was something I knew needed an outside observer who was able to guide me through my personal development, independent of emotional attachments. It made all the difference in the world. I wish more people knew the benefits of having a personal coach.
