There is a very rude older woman who works some evenings there. I had been going there for 2 years with no problems....wash and fold my clothes, then I leave. One evening, I was finishing folding my clothes at 5:55PM (according to the laundromat's clock). I knew I had 5 min before closing, so I was rushing, shoving the rest of unfolded clothes into my hamper. This lady comes to me and tells me I need to leave because it's closing time. I say to her, "I promise, I promise, I'll be out of here in 2 min. I'll be out before 6:00PM"....as I pointed to the wall clock. I really didn't think it was a big deal because she saw me stuffing my clothes into the hamper to leave. She then rudely says, "No. You have to leave now. That clock is wrong. You're wrong."I mistakenly muster under my breath, "okay okay Geez". So she came towards me and began on a rampage, telling me she had been on her feet all day, asked if I wanted her to kill herself, stated she's dying of breast cancer, saying I have no respect for my elders. I responded, "whoa whoa, calm down, relax, there's no need to react this way and treat me like this". She continued on so I tell her that this isn't right and I'd be filing a complaint. I leave...which by the way, I was in my car by 6:00PM. After I leave, I just tell myself that it's not worth filing any complaint...she probably was having a very rough day, week, month. I let it go.2 weeks later I decide to go one more time to Duds and Suds...same lady is there. I decide to go about my business, do my laundry, say nothing. She immediately comes at me while I'm loading my clothes. She says, "you're the girl who was very disrespectful to me". She tells me, "I don't care if your want me to kill myself, I've tried to do it before, most people hate me. But you need to understand I can't be on my feet all day like you can. You need to respect your elders." I responded with, "please just let it go." She continued on for another minute or so, lecturing me very loudly in front of all other customers. I stayed quiet. She came at me a second time while my clothes were in the dryer. I asked her to stop.Needless to say....I will not be returning there again.....all over a misunderstanding of 5 minutes.

Prompt, courteous, and dependable. Clothes are impeccably washed, folded, and packed. I use them quite often. I will also use them for pick-up and delivery for my kids in college when they do not have time to do laundry. I wish all wash and fold places were like this business.

Owner and worker are always friendly and helpful. The wash and fold service was wonderful.

My mother works there and she is happy there.
