I ordered 2 chaise lounges via photos that Lisle (the owner?) emailed me. When we picked up the chaises, the arms & wheels (shown in photo in my email) were missing, and those were features we absolutely wanted. Without hesitation, Lisle ordered them & when they were built, went back to Ohio to pick them up so we could put them on. The plus was, these chairs each had a slide-out table underneath that was not in the original photos he showed me (although we did not really need this feature). All-in-all, the chaises are VERY well-built, and the service was very quick, and I would definitely not hesitate to buy from Country Barns of Pittsburgh, and from Lisle himself. Great to deal with, great service, beautiful well-built furniture. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
