Claddagh Irish Pub, established in 2000, operates a chain of more than 15 restaurants in Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. The restaurant serves a range of sandwiches, such as Monahan meatloaf melt, shamrock chicken sandwiches, classic pub burgers, chicken spinach melt and grilled steak sandwiches. All its sandwiches are served with seasoned chips and homemade Irish cole slaw. Its specialty includes homemade shepherd s pie, corned beef and cabbage, stuffed pork chops and kinvara salmon. The restaurant s house dressings include bleu cheese, ranch, honey mustard, tomato bacon, balsamic herb, fat-free raspberry vinaigrette, oil and vinegar and bleu cheese vinaigrette. It also offers a variety of pastas, starters, side salads, soups and desserts. Claddagh Irish Pub has a branch in Pittsburgh.
