My Dad was ecstatic with how brand new it looked and that he got it working again!! Best birthday present ever!!But wait...the store is filled with hundreds of refurbished cameras from old to new. The slightly older guy, maybe the owner, showed me a few digital cameras that were under $100 for my daughter. Best surprise present and best birthday present!!This place is a rare gem in Pittsburgh

They sold an old camera as a new one fraudulently.

When I complained about it, I was too shocked by their reply. They insisted that they sold me a new one with 'WARRANTY'. What nerve!

The cameras are shipped back to the factory for the actual repairs. Save yourself the time and hassel by skipping the middle man. Ship it back to the company yourself or find a shop that does repairs on-site.
