He has extensive trial experience in the state and federal courts of Western Pennsylvania, and has tried to verdict numerous tort cases, including construction claims, wrongful death suits, and injury claims. Mr. Loch has also represented his clients in the appellate courts of Pennsylvania.

  Mr. Loch is active in state and local bar associations, and is a former council member of the Workers Compensation Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 1989.

Mr. Blake transitioned from his clerkship upon his admission to practice in Pennsylvania in October of 2022.
