I recently started shopping at this store. The merchandise is great, but the check out line is ridiculous. Only one cashier? I had to leave twice because it takes so long.

I would highly recommend anyone toThis store they have amazing customer service. I was very well taken care of and am very pleased with my furniture. The manager bob and mary were very helpful along with sara in the furniture department

Got a grill and a park bench yesterday :) Treated with such courtesy by the staff and have to say.....U cannot beat the price on so many products at Big Lots. I LOVE IT. We used our grill last night and it is fantastic and now we can't wait to put our bench together :) Thanks Guys!!!!!
