I had an awesome experience at the Outlet in Pittsburgh. It was clean the sales person was super helpful and everything went smoothly. I was nervous at first about buying here because it is called 'scratch and dent'. I was surprised to fine new and even boxed goods here. I bought multiple appliances for less than I had budgeted for my rental home. This saved me money. I wasn't completely sold on my experience until the delivery truck pulled up on time and the guys dropped it all off. My husband would say I am super picky because I was still doubting it all until I saw it all work. I was very happy. But the icing on the cake was when the associate called me the day of delivery to check if I had received everything and everything was ok and how did i feel about my experience and to fill out my survey. I am not big on surveys but I am a consumer and I believe in the power of the word on consumer reviews. So I am leaving my review here.
