      Folks, don't waste your money. The groomers do not do what you ask and do not seem to possess basic dog grooming skills. Three Dogs and A Rat, the rat being the owner, also do not practice basic business tactics and do not believe in or honor the age-old wisdom that the customer is always right. In fact, the owner was not even interested in trying to correct the issue, but rather fight with me about who was right and who was wrong. she was VERY confrontational!! Rather than putting up with her RUDE treatment of a paying customer, I took my dog home and fix her hair myself. I have been a loyal customer for about a year. The last haircut I had to fix also but never said anything chalking it up to a one-time thing. After payingthe price of $50 for my small, extremely well-behaved dog to be trimmed and shampooed one would think she would do whatshe could to correct the horrible work. Instead, she fought and chose to lose a customer. Don't waste your time and money. You will be sorely disappointed.
