Sergio did a 30 point AC inspection. We have been with Steward Heating and Air for years, and have never had such a thorough inspection before!! I learned several new things that need attention, plus the option of two important devices that we could add to our heating and air. One is the water heater circulating system. This was our first time using Stewart Heating and Air for our annual AC tune up, and Sergio was great! very detailed oriented and worked quickly and efficiently. We previously used a different company whose phone number is all the same digit 4 and they were a joke, technicians didn't really understand the system, and I honestly think they just hosed the outdoor unit off. Sergio verified the refrigerant level and even went around to all registers and supplies in the home to verify that the system was giving the proper split or spread. This was the first time this level precision was done, I am not an AC person so I can't tell you all that he did, but he did much more than had ever been done he actually verified various specifications within in the system. Job well done I highly recommend Stewart Heating and Air they installed the new system, and were very competitive for a great system and I was happy at install almost a year and still very happy!

Sergio is an extremely competent and personable technician and I feel extremely comfortable that my house is in good working order. I reside in a 55+ development and my house was built with 10' ceilings. Being that my husband can't climb ladders and that I'm in my late 60's and not 5' tall, changing AC/heating filters and smoke alarms was extremely challenging. Doing routine maintenance on my system is completely out of my comfort zone as my knowledge of such is zilch. Having a service maintenance contract from Stewart Heating & Air and the work done by Sergio provides me with a level of comfort knowing that the AC/Heating system are in good working order. Much thanks to Sergio for a job well done.

I typically am a tough rater, and almost never give anything a full 5 stars - so this is an exceptional rating for me. Rich from Stewart was super helpful. Not only did he help solve our heating problem, he gave me 4 different options for upgrading our overall heating system. He was very patient and did a great job of managing my constant list of questions. Brittany in the office was very pleasant and follow up. I can't talk about the rest of the organization but if those two are representatives, I would use them again.
