When we got there the service was great. There was a decent selection of food and all seemed well. When we ordered our appetizer, however, it was not so good. We ordered these buffalo style chicken tenders. They were huge pieces of chicken. Huge pieces of RAW chicken. We couldn't tell at first because the outside was cooked (only about 1/4 of an inch in) and it was drenched in sauce. Some of us had already taken a bite. Most people do not realize how serious salmonella poisoning can be. The manager came to our table and basically said "I'm sorry but I don't know what else to do. Its our new chef's first day today and consequences will follow in his case." She was nice, but she didn't offer a free desert or meal or anything, which is what most restaurants tend to do when something like this happens. We left a tip for the waitress who was great, and left soon after.
