The other staff was kind, but Vanessa was so incredibly rude over the phone and in person. They want their money on full before they will do anything and won't hesitate to make a scene about it in the office. Nobody else bills before they scan you. God forbid you don't know what "NPO" means... I spent this morning being yelled at by Vanessa because I drank a cup of tea and bread 4 hours before before my ct scan. Not the way you treat someone with cancer, or anyone for that matter. I would recommend using someone else for your scans and X-rays until Vanessa finds another place if employment.
