Knowledgeable and pleasant girls go when Dawn or Kim are working.

I have my hair done by Kim at hair cuttery, the first time I went there I had went to someone else, and the color was just ok. The second time around I went in and the girl from the time before was not there and Kim helped me... She was very nice, helpful, and personable. By the end my hair looked great and she told me she changed my formula slightly just enough so it would fade to a nicer tone. She also told me she would update the system with my formula so if she wasn't there someone else could assist me. I make sure Kim is in every time I go there now because she gives such a nice experience. She remembers almost everything I tell her, and always asks when I come in how my husband is doing. Would definitely recommend hair cuttery to a friend!!!!!
