I have long hairs dried right in the poly of the floor Bob finished. When we asked about it he basically said he would do nothing. He never bothered to pull out the oven or the oven drawer to get under the oven so if you look, you can see the color of the old floor because we stained it darker. Who would do that. He is horrible.

Refinished our 60 year old floor and they came out great.
