The construction company performs work for religious facilities, government restoration and commercial projects. Midwest Maintenance Inc. has received the National Excellence in Construction Award by Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. for several projects. Some of its completed projects include Jerusalem Lutheran Church, St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Fort Sumter, Haralson County Courthouse, Broad Street Buildings, Grove Park Inn Resort, Captain Roland Roberts House and many more.
