Founded in 1934, Ellison Meat Company is ISO 9002 certified and a model United States Department of Agriculture Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point plant. Established as a small neighborhood meat market, Ellison Meat Company has grown into a new facility in Pipestone, Minn. It offers beef cuts, such as chuck, rib, loin, round, brisket and flank; pork cuts, which consists of ribs, links and patties; ground beef patties and loose meat; and specialty items, which include seasoned products with injections, marinades or rubs. In 1986, Ellison Meat Company was among the first to join USDA's Total Quality Assurance Program.
