My husband and I stayed at this place about a year ago when we went to Pioche to visit some friends who live there. It is one of only 2 places to stay in Pioche and we were surprised that they had a room available for us on only a days notice. That impressed us. The lady at the front desk, who we assumed is the owner, was very friendly and fun to talk with. The room was just that, a room. One double bed, a TV, and a bathroom. You're not going to get any froufrou amenities at this place. The room seemed dingy to me but it was clean enough that I wasn't disgusted or appalled. My biggest problem with the whole experience was the towels. They were very thin and old and smelled of mildew. So I would definitely recommend bringing your own towels and washcloths. This motel is not the nicest place we ever stayed in but since Pioche has very few rooms, we were happy to just get a room.
